By placing an order on hiforcetactical.com you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
Orders
- Checkout is guest-only; a valid Lebanese mobile number is required so we can reach you.
- An order is a request to purchase. It becomes binding once we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp.
- We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside Lebanon, or we cannot verify the customer or payment.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A flat $5 delivery fee applies to every order.
- Accepted payment methods are Cash on Delivery and Wish Money. Wish Money orders remain in "Pending payment verification" until the transfer is confirmed.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you first.
Products
Product photography is representative; colours may vary slightly between screens and production batches. Sizing guidance is indicative — contact us if you are unsure before ordering.
Intended use
Our gear is sold for lawful civilian, professional, outdoor and sporting use. You are responsible for complying with Lebanese law regarding the possession and use of any item purchased.
Intellectual property
The HIFORCE name, falcon mark, wordmark, photography and site content are the property of HIFORCE Tactical and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for misuse of a product or for delays caused by events outside our control.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies.
