What we collect
HIFORCE Tactical collects only what is needed to process and deliver your order: your name, phone number, delivery address (governorate, district, city, street, building, floor), any delivery instructions or notes you add, and — for Wish Money orders — the payment proof image you upload.
Checkout is guest-only. We do not require you to create a customer account.
How we use it
- To confirm, prepare, deliver and track your order.
- To contact you by phone or WhatsApp about that order.
- To verify Wish Money transfers before dispatch.
- To keep basic order history for accounting and returns.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except the courier who delivers your order, and only the details required for delivery.
Payment data
We accept Cash on Delivery and Wish Money only. We do not collect or store credit card numbers on this website.
Storage and security
Order data is stored on secured servers with restricted staff access. Payment-proof images are stored privately and are visible only to authorised HIFORCE staff.
Your rights
You may ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us with your order number. We will comply unless we are required to retain records for accounting purposes.
